In the modern world, economics is introduced for better business between people. Dentistry is also kind of business while any dental clinic needs to buy hide or space or property, deal for better equipment and most convenient material and need to hire quality manpower in different sectors. There are different business models suggested that will be discussed shortly and most ethical and beneficial ones for oral health of society will be introduced.

V. Dental Ergonomics

One important area in this project is the long-term health of the dentists themselves. Using the right equipment including magnification tools and proper 3D cameras could significantly contribute to more years of service in health.

VI. Clinical Skill Index (CSI)

There is a need for evaluation of the clinical skills of dental practitioners in different areas of dentistry. It is especially important for insurance companies and clinic owners when contracting dentists. Success rate of treatments rendered by dental practitioners during a year or any evaluation period will count towards their CSI.

CSI classifications is suggested as following:

A+ : Specialists with more than 10 years clinical experience. Qualified by the board of directors of Dental Future (DF).

A: General Dentists (GP)  with more than 10 years experience and specialists with more than 5 years experience qualified with two A+ and then Board of Directors of DF.

B+: GP with more than 5 years experience and Specialist with less than 2 years experience.

This works based on mentorship principles and any dentist to be more qualified could also pass special general dentistry courses provided by A and A+ DF certified experts…
